Dear Mom,

Can you believe it? Your daughter is about to graduate with her doctorate in education! It’s been a long journey, four challenging years, but in just three months, I’ll be crossing that stage. At the beginning, I doubted whether I had the tenacity to go the distance, but here I am, almost at the finish line.

Thank you, Mom, for all that you instilled in me during those 18 years we had together. Your lessons, love, and guidance have been my foundation. I love you deeply and hope that you’re proud of me.
