Hi! my name is Kim Johnson and I write for women.
I have an Associate Degree in Human Service, a Bachelor Degree in Sociology, a Master’s Degree in Urban Studies and a Master’s Degree in Educational Studies. I guess it’s safe to say I have a thirst for education, a passion for studying urban areas and cities; and a deep love for the wellbeing of my sisters.
In my fifty some odd years I have been married, had children, divorced, suffered through painful deaths and losses; betrayals, low self-esteem, depression, financial problems, disrespect, loneliness and great joys. But with the help of God and the support of my sister friends, I have learned how to appreciate and love me.
Which brings me to the purpose of this blog. My desire is to talk with women about issues that affect women, self-help, healing and being there for one another.
One Sister to another
